Terms & Conditions

General

The following Terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use” or “Terms”) including the terms and conditions of any other policies the Terms link and refers to, apply to all purchase orders submitted to www.shock.se, or any subdomains thereof (in the following referred to as the ”Website”). The agreement is concluded between you as a consumer (”the Costumer”) and Shock Store AB, company reg. no. SE5559339-3043 (”Shock”). We encourage you to review these Terms of Use whenever you use the Website because by visiting the Website, you agree to accept any such updates. These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time by Shock Store, if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not access or use the Website. Detailed contact information and other information about Shock Store are set forth on the Website.
The Customer must be minimum 18 years old and not under guardianship to order via the Website. Shock Store does not, in accordance with Swedish law, accept any credit purchases to persons below 18 years of age. Shock Store reserves the right to deny or change a Customer’s order (e.g. if the Customer has provided incorrect personal data and/or has any record for non-payment of debt).Shock Store presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.shock.se submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

Prices & Payments

The prices constitute the total price (including VAT), however do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.
Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.
The Customer can pay for its purchase in the manner specified on the Website. Shock Store is entitled to charge the Customer already in connection with the order, unless invoicing or any similar payment method has been selected by the Customer and approved by Shock Store. Upon invoicing or partial payment, Shock Store may obtain a third party credit report. In such a case you will be informed accordingly. Shock Store reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at all times, alternatively change payment method if the payment method the Customer has selected does not work, for whichever reasons, at the time of fulfillment of the order. Please note that limitations of available payment methods are set forth on the Website.

Pay by card

With us you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard and Maestro. Payment is made by PayEx that is PCI and DSS certified and meet all safety requirements for the banking and credit transactions. Your card number is never stored by Shock Store after completing the transaction.

The total amount of your order is reserved directly into your account, and is not deducted until your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please have your bank box or your Bank ID handy when you make a purchase with a credit card, if your bank requires authentication.

Delivery & Transport

Shock Store accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted to the Webshop. The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after Shock Store has accepted and confirmed your order. For international shipments, delivery times are normally 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri).

For shipping outside of Sweden, any extra costs and/or duties is not covered by Shock, but charged to the customer.

If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages shall normally be retrieved personally with valid identification and order number. The Customer will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package shall be picked-up or received. The notification may be made by e-mail, ordinary mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone or SMS.

If a package delivered is not collected, Shock Store reserve the right to charge you a fee of 250 SEK covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.

All packages sent from Shock Store to you are insured by Shock Store. If you discover damage to the package before opening it, contact customer service immediately. Transport Damaged goods are replaced free of charge by Shock Store.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

When purchasing products on the Website the Customer has a 14 day withdrawal period. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Shock Store accordingly within 14 days from when the Customer or its representative received the product ordered (withdrawal period).

Sale items

The 14 days withdrawal period also applies on Sele items. The Distance Agreement automatically terminates when the withdrawal period is used on the order the case concerns.

Accepted returns

For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer. In the interests of hygiene, Shock Store may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done. Underwear, make-up, hair colour, earrings, tights, socks and masks can not be returned for hygine reasons.

Returns to Shock Stores wherehouse

If the Customer wishes to withdraw a purchase, the Customer shall, prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period, send a clear message to Shock Store. The Customer shall provide its name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order reference, invoice number and the name of the product in the message.

If the Customer uses its right of withdrawal, the Customer shall pay for the return shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipping. The product shall be returned within 14 days from the date when Shock Store was notified of the withdrawal. The product shall be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box and/or packaging.

Refund

If you choose to make a return Shock Store will, as soon as your return is approved, pay back what you paid for the goods. It usually takes approximately 3-5 business days from our receipt of your return.

Complaints

The right to file a complaint apply to products which are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Any Customer who wishes to assert their right to file a complaint for any product ordered shall contact Shock Store, as soon as possible after the defect was discovered, using the contact information set forth on the Website.

Personal Data

Shock Store cares about your privacy and strives to at all times protect your personal data in the best possible way. Shock Store aim is to comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of personal data. We will process the personal data that you provide or have provided us with or that we have collected at our Website by way of cookies for the purposes of administering your purchases and fulfilling our obligations to you as our customer. The personal data that Shock Store process in-clude your personal identity number, name, gender, e-mail address, purchase-, payment- and order history, credit card number, delivery address, IP-address and phone number.
The data may be used for identification, direct marketing, customer surveys, newsletters and statistics. The data may also be used for sending post, SMS and e-mail to you and for marketing and information via the telephone, unless you have opted out from such communication. You may at any time contact us to opt out against any marketing towards you as customer.

All the content on this Website are subject of trademark and copyright held by Shock Store.

Links

Shock Store may provide links to other websites beyond the control of Shock Store and websites beyond the control of Shock Store may provide links to the Website. Even if Shock Store attempts to ensure that Shock Store only provides links to websites which applies similar personal data- and security provisions pursuant to Shock Stores Privacy Policy, Shock Store is not responsible for any protection or confidentiality of information or personal data which the Customer provides on other websites. The Customer should be cautious and read the personal data provisions applicable to the actual website.

Force Majeure

Shock Store is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Shock Stores control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, Shock Store shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and Shock Store are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.

Changes to the General Conditions

Shock Store reserves the right to change these General Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website. Changes will become valid once the Customer has accepted the General Conditions (in connection with a new purchase or while browsing the Website), alternatively 30 days after Shock Store has informed the Customer of the changes. However, Shock Store recommends that the Customer regularly remains updated on the Website in order to become aware of any changes to the General Conditions.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority or arbitral tribunal, the remainder of that provision and all other provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any provisions determined invalid or unenforceable will be substituted by relevant legal guidance and advice.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolutions

Any disputes shall primarily be settled by agreement after discussions with Shock Stores customer services. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion with Shock Stores customer service, you, as the customer, can directly submit complaints online via the EU-commissions platform mediation for disputes.
